Q: What is your return policy?

A: I stand behind my products and value my customers. If you have any questions about your order, please contact me and I will be happy to assist you. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery with pre-authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please supply original packing slip or order confirmation email to help me serve you more efficiently. Sales of discounted items are final. Please note that only complete, undamaged, unused items are eligible for exchange or store credit. 

Items returned without authorization will not be refunded or replaced.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
