Q: What is your return policy?

A: I stand behind my products and value my customers. If you have any questions about your order, please contact me and we will be happy to assist you.

NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Items may be exchanged or returned within 10 days of delivery with pre-authorization. 

PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Personalized planner covers are not eligible for return or exchange unless there was an error on my end. 

For all returns; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that only complete, undamaged, unused items are eligible for exchange or return. 

Items returned without authorization will not be refunded or replaced. 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Most orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. Please contact me ASAP for more information.
